What is IACF?

Invest in America Charitable Fund (IACF), is an innovative 501(c)(3) nonprofit donor-advised fund that has redefined the way charitable giving can be more transparent and targeted locally through the use of its proprietary immutable record keeping technology.

IACF brings the efficacy of information to the humanitarian relief effort. Donors will be able to access IACF network through its digital platform to open Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) accounts, select charities from a profile library, and successfully track the level of impact.

Charities will be able to access the IACF network to track and manage donation inflow, annuitize DAF grant contributions, and digitally connect with other local nonprofits and municipalities to heighten the collaborative impact in the community.

Why is IACF Different?

What makes Invest in America Charitable Fund (IACF) uniquely different from any other traditional donor advised fund? It begins with IACF’s philosophical approach towards solving our growing humanitarian crisis. The impact of the socioeconomic disparity across our country continues to affect us all. We are in this together. The underserved communities are bearing the brunt of this inequality with inadequate access to healthcare, food, affordable housing, employment, small business opportunities and education.

What is the Beneficial Impact?

IACF believes that if donors, were able to select a coordinated group of charities within a targeted area or community, instead of the current practice of selecting charities based on a specific need, that would in turn empower those selected charities to provide a nexus of human services that would have an unprecedented rippling effect across the underserved communities.

How Does IACF Work?

Use the IACF web portal to open a DAF account.

The donor will be able to instantly access effective charitable tax and legacy planning tools when determining the appropriate amount of cash and/or securities to be gifted to the donor’s irrevocable DAF account. Once IACF receives the gift proceeds, a maximum tax benefit will be given to the donor. The donor can then select the proper investment options, and IACF will invest the gifted proceeds in the tax-free DAF account per the donor’s instructions.

Select the underprivileged community for your impact gift.

The donor can now geographically select an underprivileged community within the United States and its territories. The IACF portal will display in real time, a coordinated group of local charities that provide the humanitarian support network needed to serve the residents of that distressed community. The donor will then annually select the grant amount to be gifted to the charity group.

IACF provides complete transparency and accountability.

IACF administers the distribution of the grants from each donor and provides transparency for every dollar donated to the charity group. The charities in turn have digital access to key collaborative and reporting tools needed to best engage and sustain donor support. Charities, local government and other non-profit organizations will also be able to share community statistics and other important information needed to measure the overall humanitarian and economic impact in the targeted community.
